There, I’ve gone and done it. Taken the ugly shoe to the next level with, wait for it, a pair of Birkenstock clogs. I probably still will veer into the more stylish pool slides territory, but call me perverse, I’ve been craving these…

And did I mention these £8 round-frame sunnies? These I picked up on my trip to Sweden with Olympus (post coming on our antics soon, soon!). The day after the fashion event, I spent a few hours roaming Stockholm’s city centre and couldn’t resist popping into Monki which I knew from online. Wow, the prices are staggeringly cheap and as well as the sunnies I got a lovely pair of wide, high-waisted silky trousers in grey. I can’t vouch for the quality yet, but will keep you posted…!

I picked up these beautiful freesias (my favourite flower) in between meetings this morning. Both productive, one with my book agent (hello, re-writing in first person!) and the other with lovely PR company Push where I got to try on some gorgeous rings by new brand Ruifier. More on that soon!

The last few days have been super busy all-round what with Sweden, hot Pilates and aforementioned meetings and this afternoon I was so happy to finally have some unbroken time at home, which is just when I like to get nice and slouchy…
