Formula Dressing With A Motif

I’m forever looking for easy outfits, ones that require little throw-on thought. So how about black jeans and a white tee? But not any old plain tee. One that has something to say…

[ezcol_1half]Slogan, motif, and designer logo tees are firmly with us and while I’ve been resisting them up until now, cue my u-turn. Truth is,  I just never liked what they had to say or how they looked. But finally things have changed and I’ve found ones that speaking my language with just the right look too. I think it’s down to a simple font positioned just right. And it can’t just say any old thing… So three pair of black jeans – skinny, flared, wedgie – with t-shirt tucked in and spring fisherman’s cap to top off? Certainly not rocket science but very workable; I mean what could be easier than pulling on jeans and a tee, and covering up messy hair with a springtime cap? [/ezcol_1half] [ezcol_1half_end]So we have 1. The Knockers tee from a range by the utterly brilliant Girl Stole London who is currently undergoing treatment for early stages breast cancer with such vim and gusto that I just want to give her a huge hug daily. Of course I wanted to support by buying her tee! 2. Utterly obsessed with Sezane at the moment – you may have noticed 😉 – and snapped their l’amant tee up lickity split. Restocking soon but la femme is available to pre-order. And 3. I’ll fess up, this is a press bag t-shirt by Ba&sh which is my bestest, comfiest nighttime tee that I’ll often keep on through the day if working at home… I promise it goes in the wash!
