It makes all the difference, a just-the-right-amount-of-stretch-and-coverage nude is-it-underwear-or-daywear vest top…
And even better when it’s a body. It makes wearing jeans a super easy option, showing off a good button fly and a smooth tuck situation. Ok, bodies are what they are – lol, difficult buttoning sitch – but I kinda like the demands they make on us, and this one is much less fiddly than others I’ve experienced over the years. By US brand Commando, who do a mean line in invisible underwear that really can be worn as outerwear too. I also wore the bra today – my ‘perfect’, no underwire, a stretch tight enough to support but not too constricting.

And then I’ve been getting to grips with the new addition of a kimono jacket in my life. It’s what to wear when it’s too warm for a leather jacket and the heavy green shirt is just too green. I double looped the long belt through the back and it still ties nicely at the front, so that’s good.
Loving this heavy handwoven bag from Hush – the long handles are very satisfying and I’m take it out for every grocery run RN too.
I appear to have forgotten my shoes but I’ve just bought a pair of extremely good value Muji canvas plimsolls which would go perfectly – re sizing; they measure in centimetres which is lol, but 24.5cm is a size 5, but I went for a 24cm as they come up large. And only £24.99.
