Sophie Hulme’s fabulous handbags aside – the pics speak for themselves – it’s not often I see a catwalk collection and think I could genuinely wear that and incorporate into my wardrobe. Strong masculine undertones, fuss-free and just, well, cool. An Elle/BFC Talent Launchpad winner, Sophie had her label up and running within two months of her 2007 Kingston University graduation. Now a favourite with fashion editors and buyers, she has a diffusion line with ASOS and works out of a studio in Islington, north London.
