On the way back to London from Skye, we spent 24 hours in Inverness to accomodate a DJ gig. We holed up in a hotel room on the rainy Saturday night but the next day was nice and bright and we had several hours to kill before our flight…

Cue hot chocolate, croissants and newspapers before a trip to the Highland House of Fraser to pick up some woollen goodies and a good walkaround crossing the very tremulous bridge. We then had an extremely elongated and hearty lunch at The Corner Bar & Bistro – thank you for putting up with us so long! It was there I got this brilliant shot of Gus looking all moody, just like an old Corries Flower of Scotland album cover, dontcha think? God, I love Photoshop. There was a rainbow over the river but it was quite faint and didn’t come out in the photos, but still wishable!
