For my second look for ‘Style it up for summer with Anna Lou‘, I chose some of their fun horse head jewellery…

A bracelet with a hot-pink charm and earrings in white. I thought it’d be fun to team them with one of my mum’s old (totally vintage!) Mulberry purses, you know, before they got all celeb and sky-high prices on us. I also added another Anna Lou bracelet to give the slightest hint of an arm party. It is, after all, my birthday this week, although I’ve kept things pretty low key.

One of my long-running birthday traditions is to make cheese cake, so get ready for a recipe post coming your way. New York style with lots of hand-picked Portuguese plums… We only have a couple more days holiday so will need to get as much eating of cake in as possible! Sad as I am to be dragged away from this gorgeous heat, pulling me back is a fun blog trip to Hamburg this week, will reveal more soon!

I styled my Anna Lou earrings, horse bracelet and square bangle with a H&M tee, MiH Phoebe Grover jeans (in sale!), old Mulberry handbag and practically vintage too, they’re so old, suede Birkenstocks!

This gorgeous little rose gold heart ring is by Annina Vogel – I’m wearing it every day. It was one of a kind, the others that were similar, the heart was more raised. Love how this heart is flat!
