This outfit post coming to you from a whistlestop trip to Hamburg where the sun was shining super bright…
And the lovely Laetitia from Mademoiselle Robot and I gave a blogger talk at an Olympus PEN workshop. After we did our bit, all in the gorgeous surrounds of the very impressive design-led East Hotel, we nipped out for a little explore and photowalk in the St Pauli entertainment district. From the little we saw, we snapped a lot of cool street art, bicycles, quirky buildings old and new and little bars and cafés.
As it was such a short trip I basically took one outfit with just a change of top for the next day – I love that these MiH jean only need a simple H&M basic top and strong look sandals to feel complete. The denim quality and cut is so good, I feel enough of a statement and attention to outfit has been made. This is fast becoming my summer uniform, a look that I felt happy to take from a conference room to roaming sunny streets. Lots of more photos to come, next up some hotel room snapshots …!
This was such an easy outfit to decide on for the trip – MiH Jeans Phoebe jeans (in sale!), H&M top (same style, different pattern), Sam Edelman slides, Astley Clarke bracelets* and a camera bag from South Korea I found on eBay.
A big thanks to Mademoiselle Robot for snapping these pics on my Olympus PEN E-P5 on our late afternoon photowalk!
