I came across the lovely girls @belleandbunty styling up theirs under a summer dresses (a great way to cross-seasonal wear your favourite pieces) and @chloelovestoshop wearing hers under a boiler suit. All the confirmation needed that this most basic of pieces is a true hero for its sealed in warmth and versatility.

I haven’t got more exciting then wearing under a jumper (yet!), but am determined to give it a go – watch out for a forthcoming IGTV video …

In the meantime, in case you need to snap one up – the one I’m wearing is from one of Amazon’s own brands Meraki, M&S seem to do a couple of really wallet friendly options (a top for £8.50, and a body for £16 which I think has been recommended by Fran from A Fashion Lift) and others ones I have found online are from Cos, Muji and Boden.
