Look number 2 from my How To Wear a Denim Skirt series. This is the most mini of a skirt I’ve probably worn in a very long time and, overall, not a look I would have thought I’d enjoy. But the cropped jumper sits just right (well, when you can it see above the gathered waist band) and I love how the crimson knitted patches are echoed by the leather panels on the skirt. Also the Victorian style lace-up ankle boots are the kind I’ve always seen on friends but never thought to try myself – actually, I think they are extremely cool and are definitely a look I would like to explore further. The necklace is the exact same one as you saw in Part 1 of this series and has grown on me to such an extent I am hankering after it for Christmas. Come on, Santa!
