What’s In My Handbag – Travel Edition

Stylonylon - UK fashion blog - What's In My Handbag - Travel Edition As we’ve just jetted off for sunnier climes, I thought I’d take you through my travel handbag…

So starting from the top:

1. Jerome Dreyfus tote  (similar denim style here)

2. Polarn O Pyret baby hat (reversible)

3. Book – Not mine, my husband’s. I read all my books on Kindle on my iPad (currently reading Daughter of Smoke & Bone (as recommended by Natasha from Girl in The Lens, she totally knows her YA!).

4. Vintage necklace – Always handy to spruce up an outfit.

5. Mulberry cardholder (similar here)

6. Mulberry keyholder

7. Tili bags – I’ve recently discovered these pretty little zip lock bags, courtesy of my fave new beauty site A Beautiful World. They are so handy and in these two I have 1) baby wipes and 2) a selection of organic lip balms (Dr Bronners, SW Basics & The Bakewell Soap Co), my favourite Shea Butter Cream and Know-It Oil (shea and coconut are so hydrating and are multi-purpose – hands, face, grazes etc) and Tisserand Frankincense oil (for mummy Stylonylon – great for soothing mosquito bites apparently!).

8. Ray Ban Wayfarers

9. DVF iPad case (recent sale purchase) & iPad

10. iPhone  Henry Holland SS13 case  & iPhone

11. The Vintage Cosmetic Company emery board

12. Calvin Klein spectacle case

13. Ella’s organic kids food pouch

14. Ally Capellino coin purse

15. Jason’s Kids Sunscreen 45

16. Handprinted business cards

Oh, now I want to go on vacation too!!
Does the Jason sunscreen make you completely white? I got lavera for sensitive skin and that makes you board white! not cute.

Hi Alla – it’s actually amazing and rubs in just like a normal cream and doesn’t leave you all white. I love it!

For a second there, I was wondering why you were bringing a jar of lemon curd on vacation with you… (I mean, it’s delicious, but surely not a travel essential)
    🙂

Haha, yes it’d practically curdled in the heat. Probably a feature in the weirdest thing you take on holiday with you!
