Eating & Drinking | Hobart, Tasmania

The last time I visited Australia, I was blown away by the quality of eats and this time has been no different. Hobart is home to some amazing fish restaurants and lovely little cafés…

We’ve been eating out for practically every meal and I’ve been super impressed by it all. Some of the places we’ve visited included bakery Daci & Daci, fish restaurant T42 at the habour and Garagistes on Murray Street (I had the sashimi with avocado for lunch today – sooo good!). We’ve also had some great Italian, mussels, red snapper, smoked salmon caesar salad and I really couldn’t pick my favourite, they’ve all been delicious.

Bowls of chips here come XL though, and we’ve never finished one yet! Here are some snaps… Coming up posts on the incredible MONA museum and the reason we’re here MOFO – the Festival of Music & Art put on by MONA. Yesterday we also visited the buzzing Saturday Salamanca Market where I picked up a gorgeous alpaca knit for Gus. All to come!

In other news, I’m very excited to have been asked to be part of a little blogger collective with Anna Lou of London… check out all the gorgeous jewellery and keep your eye out for some of my favourites being featured over the next month.
