I’ve been squealing with joy at the latest Pagie Denim jeans to arrive with me, boyfriends with excellent enthusiastic ripping. Love! And then the rings, let me tell you about the rings by Ruifier…
I popped into see the Push PR girls earlier this week (check out their fab new #PushTalks events) and was introduced to new brand Ruifier. British, launched last autumn, they’re a bit of a mysterious collective with quite a sophisticated range of pieces. All I can tell you right now is that they’re London based – I’ll see what more I can find out though! Flicking through the lookbook, as usual, I went straight for the rings. Chunky, geometric, bejewelled styles in gold and silver, they are the perfect pieces for dressing up a dress-down outfit.
Ok, not cheap, but – having managed to persuade Push of a little loan – I’ve been wearing them all day today and have completely fallen in love. I was literally wearing skinnies, plain jumper and my new super ugly Birkie clogs today with a camel Comptoir de Cotonniers coat (a brilliant find on “pre-owned fashion” site Vestiaire Collective) dressed up with the rings. What can I say? I felt like I’d finally found my perfect style, the rings giving me all the wow factor I could ever need. Well, I’ll post the outfit soon, so you can decide.
The make-up by Makiash (make-up developed from the experience & knowledge of models, apparently) was in the goody bag from the Sweden trip with Olympus and I’m loving the colour-pop bright pink. Just need to find the time to do my nails. I’ve got a fun filming project with F&F Clothing this Friday, so camera-ready nails are most definitely needed! I’ll let you know if the make-up’s any good and whether it’s worth getting the invite for the site. In the meantime, enjoy the pics!
