As promised a few snaps from our delightful Sunday lunch in Hackney Wick at The Hackney Pearl. We sat outside, which is is perfect as there are tables on a little patch of shut-off road, making it nice and safe for toddlers on the loose…
We had asparagus, rocket salad, goat’s curd & beans and a pork and fennel meatball bap. All super delicious. Service was lovely and I’m looking forward to our next weekend walk down the canal ending up here for lunch! The canal is one of the biggest reasons I love living in east London – so much colourful life all along the way and a little further and you’ll find yourself at the Olympic park and Westfield.
Afterwards we popped into the family rave Big Fish Little Fish for a little groovin’ under the parachute 90s style before heading back home briefly before our next stop at our local The Crooked Billet which has one of the best beer garden’s and fish and chips in east London. Confirmed by the fact that a whole bunch of music industry pals were there in droves… Here’s to every Sunday being like this!
