Simply gorgeous recipes and food photography, The Art of Eating Well (launched today!) is the first cookbook from foodie sisters Melissa and Jasmine Hemsley. Vogue food bloggers offering a bespoke food service to an A-list clientele, the sisters champion keeping it simple and choosing only high-quality natural foods…
As you can see, it looks incredible with a wide mix of recipes – from slow-roasted lamb with anchovies and sausage and cider stew, to Vietnamese noodles, courgette and aubergine curry and mackerel and miso carrot dressing. And, of course, some seriously delicious desserts – banana bread, Mexican hot chocolate (gotta try this at the weekend!) and ‘everything-free’ black bean brownies plus some delicious smoothies.
The sisters, an ex-model and ex-fashion brand manager, found hectic lifestyles and eating on the go was not helping their health, so they committed themselves to a new way of eating; the results were so phenomenal they started their own food business Hemsley Hemsley. Glowing with well-being and beauty these two, I’d say the proof is in the pudding.
