My obsession with frayed denim aside, I’m a bit sick of rolling up my skinnies all the time. It’s been a life-long thing, being all of 5’2, but with skinnies it never really looks that sleek…

So apropos of a new pair of Black Friday weekender super tight skinnies – (I sized down in petites, I’m talking Sandy black disco pants tight, people) today I decided to get out the sewing scissors and snip and rip, snip and rip. Now, stretch denim doesn’t rip as good as the non, but it’s not as bad as you think, just tidy away some of the looser elastic threads. A few washes should fluff up the fray adequately, so be patient…
