Winter is not my best season. I spend most of the time huddled up and cold, comfort eating to stay warm and generally avoiding activities that involve going outdoors… 

And I spend a lot of time during colder climes dreaming of a warmer spring temperature befitting bare toes, loose boyfriends and a light knit with vest beneath. Thus this little lay. Plus my new minimal ring set up, millimetre wide bands in rose gold and gold by new jewellery designer Matthew Calvin discovered in one of my favourite Clapton boutiques, Triangle Store. And how sweet is the little glass tube they come in? Perfect for storage, non?

So I took a cheesegrater to these jeans. After snipping a little knee slice. Couldn’t help grate all over a bit  – very satisfying! – but I’m guessing the trick is to stay local to the rip or else they just looked generally fucked. Although that is my plan for this pair. Total denim wreckage. Let’s see how we go grate, shall we?
